The Cozy Life Retreat is a free 3-day audio experience created to help you slow down, rest without guilt, and reset your nervous system in the middle of real life (yes, even if you’re hiding in your car while your kids are at practice).
Each day includes a short audio reflection, journal prompts, and a soft invitation to rest. There’s no pressure to do every activity. You don’t need the perfect notebook, a cleared schedule, or a quiet house. Just a willingness to show up exactly as you are.
