The Cozy Life Retreat officially begins tomorrow, and I just wanted to send you a little note to say:

This retreat is designed to feel like a deep breath in the middle of a busy life. Each day, you’ll receive:
An optional meditation
A short audio reflection
A few gentle journal prompts
And a simple invitation to rest, reflect, or release
The emails will land in your inbox each morning (or in the Substack app!) starting tomorrow (April 8), and you can move through them at your own pace. There’s no pressure to finish, no deadline, and definitely no gold stars for doing “all the things.”
