A Little About Me
I’m a homeschooling mom of three, a former history teacher turned mindful living coach, and someone who knows a thing or two about feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin. For years, I wore all the hats—educator, blogger, caregiver, homemaker, homeschooler, host, problem-solver—while putting my own needs on the back burner.
Spoiler alert: That didn’t end well.
After realizing I couldn’t pour from an empty cup (and trust me, I tried), I started making small but intentional changes. I learned to slow down, set boundaries, and rediscover what actually makes me happy.
Turns out, life feels a lot better when you’re not running on fumes. Go figure.
