I need a break...
"There is more to life than increasing its speed."
— Mahatma Gandhi
I’ve been thinking a lot about how I create—how I show up in this space, on social media, and in my work. And while I love what I do, I don’t love feeling like I’m on a hamster wheel, constantly jumping from one thing to the next. That’s never been my style.
I’m the type of person who likes to go deep. I need time to sit with ideas, let them marinate, and create from a place of intention rather than urgency. I batch my content, I think about what I want to say before I say it, and I prefer quality over quantity.
And as I look at where I want to take Cozy Notes, I know that this next evolution requires me to slow down in order to go deeper. More thoughtful content. More space to dive into mindful living. More resources for paid subscribers—things like live sessions, hot-seat coaching, and conversations that go beyond the surface.
So moving forward, I’ll be taking one week off every month. A reset week. A chance to step back, reflect, and be more intentional with what I’m creating. And that starts now.
Next week, I won’t be online, I won’t be posting, and I won’t be checking in. I’ll be using this time to write, to think, and to lay the groundwork for what’s next.
I’ll see you in a week. 💝
P.S. Spring is just around the corner! I have only three openings for my 1:1 private coaching for the upcoming season. Let's chat if you're ready to slow down, reclaim your time, and rediscover the joy in your everyday life. Click here to learn more and grab your spot before they're gone!
