As part of a prompt my business coach gave me, I found myself scribbling in my journal about why I sometimes hesitate to fully step into the role of the coach I know I am.
Not because I lack skill or experience.
But because of these sneaky, persistent thoughts that whisper:
“You don’t have the time.”
“You don’t have a team.”
“You don’t hustle hard enough.”
“You don’t deserve success unless you earn it through exhaustion.”
And wow… that belief runs deep.
So let’s talk about it—because if I’m feeling this, I’m guessing I’m not alone.
